In addition to insight into positions, we can also map out which HR software is used within a company. How many people are employed and how many workplaces there are, or if flex spaces are used. People are currently forced to work from home, but the expectation is that the (rental) costs of office buildings will rise in the coming years.

Also, more and more data-driven units are being organised within the company, which is why we are noticing the rise of HR analytics.
