Business Development Specialist – Demand Generation

It is a mouthful, but it is certainly not as complicated as it sounds!

  • REALIZE THE POTENTIAL OF CUSTOMERS!

    Do you also want to collaborate with great parties such as Microsoft, Google and BMW? In this role you are responsible for retrieving (company) information and scheduling appointments for account managers. You speak with managers, department heads and even heads of multinationals and large companies in their target groups.

    In addition, your project is not always the same: for instance you can be working on the latest software package or mobility solution at one moment, and then invite people to a trendy event in the next campaign.

    In short: you are an important part of a customer team that spares no effort to keep satisfied not only the customer but also the customer’s customer – in other words, a highly diverse and challenging job!

  • WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU NEED AS A BDS?

    • I can (or am willing to learn how to) strike up a conversation with anyone, irrespective of the time or title on the business card.
    • I speak Dutch and French fluently and I am able to write a professional and clear report in both languages.
    • I am someone with the ability to listen, and courage or nerves of steel to ask penetrating questions.
    • I am someone who is not afraid to learn more about ICT or vehicle fleet management / mobility and the products of our customers such as Microsoft and BMW.
    • I would like to expand my vision of sales and marketing as well as A brands.
    • I aspire to grow in sales and marketing so that I can ultimately assume different roles in the organization and beyond.
    • I am fulltime available.
